Boreas has brought on YPS Inc. to handle sales in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska. YPS owner Ned Johnson, along with three outside reps and an office manager, will be handling the Pacific Northwest territory from Seattle, WA.
According to Anders Johnson, Boreas' sales manager, YPS was chosen for their experience in the outdoor industry of over three decades, specializing in hiking, cycling, water sports and winter sports.

Sales Reps
Stormy Kromer announces the expansion of its sales territory with the addition of the Rep First agency to their sales team. Stormy Kromer looks to cover 13 states from Maryland to Florida, which would grow the company's presence in new areas. Rep First was founded in 1976 by David Ripley and his father, who represents a number of outdoor brands such as Johnson Outdoors and Kavu.
Mountain Hardwear announced the transition from an agency sales model to an in-house selling organization in the Northeast and Midwest United States, plus the addition of three new members to the sales team.
Scarpa North America has added news sales reps in the New England area. Velocity Sales will now represent Scarpa in New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Maine, Connecticut and Rhode Island.
