Leadership Changes at Timberland

Timberland LogoAfter buying Timberland in June, the VF Corp is making noteworthy personnel changes. Jeff Swartz has stepped down as Timberland President and CEO, VF Corp's Patrik Frisk will succeed Swartz as company president. Frisk has been with VF Corp since 2004 and will be responsible for extending the Timberland brand reach across Europe and Asia.

In addition to Swartz's departure, Carrie Teffner, VP and CFO, will be leaving the Timberland this month as well.
